Dairy Free Keto Cheese Sauce
We are pretty much dairy free and have been for over 20 years.
I came up with this clean keto / low carb dairy free cheese alternative
It can be used on nachos, as a dip with pork rinds, or to make a keto ‘macaroni’ and cheese

Dairy Free Keto Cheese Sauce
This dairy free keto cheese sauce is great for dipping, on nachos, or for keto 'macaroni and cheese'.

Ingredients
- 14 oz coconut milk 1 can
- 1/2 tsp gelatin or xanthan gum
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 60 grams nutritional yeast 3/4 cup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients
- Bring to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes
- Enjoy!
