Carnivore Italian Easter Pie

This Italian Easter Pie is carnivore and clean keto.

It is a traditional Easter meat pieso you can keep your traditions and stay on plan.

The meats used can be modified for your taste, but these are the ones I like to use.

It tastes so good, you will make it all year and not just for Easter!

Carnivore Italian Easter Pie

This meat pie is a traditional Italian Easter dish that is both carnivore and clean keto. It is so good, everyone will love it. It's not just for Easter!

Ingredients

Pie Crust

Filling

  • 15 ounces ricotta
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 oz ham
  • 6 oz salami
  • 6 oz sausage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

Pie Crust

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites, salt, and egg white powder to a stiff peak
  • Add the egg yolks and mix well
  • Line a spring form pan with parchment paper on bottom and sides. I used an 8" pan
  • Put 1/2 to 3/4 of the mixture in the pan and line the bottom and sides
  • Bake in 350 F oven for 10 minutes
  • Remove from oven - the crust will be filled with the filling

Filling

  • Fry the sausage meat and drain well
  • Cube the salami and ham
  • Put all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
  • Pour filling mixture into the partially cooked crust
  • Spread the remaining egg mixture on the top of the pie
  • Bake at 350 F for 75 minutes
  • Remove from oven and enjoy!

you can vary the meat used, but these are the ones I like.
