Carnivore Egg Noodles
These noodles can be made with or without the yolks.
Without the yolks, they are great on Precision Protein Sparing days.
I have used them with meat sauce and as lasagna noodles.
Tastes as good as the real thing!

These noodles are 100% carnivore and clean keto. They can be sliced for spaghetti or kept whole for lasagna. They are amazing!

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp gelatin
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients until well mixed.
- Spray silicone baking sheet with oil
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Let cool and remove from pan
- Slice for noodles or leave whole for lasagna
