Carnivore Egg Noodles

These noodles can be made with or without the yolks.

Without the yolks, they are great on Precision Protein Sparing days.

I have used them with meat sauce and as lasagna noodles.

Tastes as good as the real thing!

Carnivore Egg Noodles

These noodles are 100% carnivore and clean keto. They can be sliced for spaghetti or kept whole for lasagna. They are amazing!

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp gelatin

Instructions

  • Beat all ingredients until well mixed.
  • Spray silicone baking sheet with oil
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  • Let cool and remove from pan
  • Slice for noodles or leave whole for lasagna

can use for noodles or as a wrap for a sancwich
