Combined with either the Mustard BBQ sauce or Vinegar BBQ sauce, it is a very low fat meal for PSMF days!

Ingredients
- 4 oz can of sardines or mackerel drained
- Mustard or Mustard BBQ sauce, or Vinegar BBQ sauce can use just apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a small bowl
- Combine as you would tuna salad

I use canned sardines or mackerel that is skinless and boneless
