Pork Loin is a perfect lean protein for Precision PSMF Days. It is nice and moist and delish!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork loin
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Place pork loin in a baking dish
  • Add salt, pepper, and spices
  • Bake at 350F until internal temperature is 145 F
  • Slice and enjoy!
  • Can be topped with Mustard BBQ Sauce
  • Can also use lean pork chops

Notes

Pork chops may take 20-30 minutes to reach temperature
Pork loin will take a bit longer - up to 1 hour but be sure to test the temperature often.
Do not over cook or it will not be moist,
