Ingredients
- 2 lb pork loin
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Place pork loin in a baking dish
- Add salt, pepper, and spices
- Bake at 350F until internal temperature is 145 F
- Slice and enjoy!
- Can be topped with Mustard BBQ Sauce
- Can also use lean pork chops
Notes
Pork chops may take 20-30 minutes to reach temperature
Pork loin will take a bit longer - up to 1 hour but be sure to test the temperature often.
Do not over cook or it will not be moist,
