Chipotle Lime Pork Rinds
I love flavored Pork Rinds but clean Keto versions are hard to find.
There are a couple of brands that are clean, but they are expensive.
I decided to try flavoring my own. Plain pork rinds are reasonably priced so I experimented with adding my own spices.
I love Chipotle Lime so I made some.
I mixed them up in a zip lock storage bag – so easy to make!
These were sooooo good.
I made 2 servings since I was not sure how they would turn out so double/triple the recipe if you want
Chipotle Lime Pork Rinds
Delicious clean keto flavored pork rinds

Ingredients
- 28 grams pork rinds about 1 ounce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp chipotle more or less to taste
- 1/2 tsp lime juice fresh or bottled
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a very small bowl, combine the salt and chipotle
- Place pork rinds in zip lock storage bag
- Add spices to pork rinds
- Add olive oil and lime juice to pork rinds
- Mix in bag until all the pork rinds are coated
- Place in bowl and enjoy!
