Keto Cocktail Sauce

I wanted to have shrimp cocktail for New Year’s Eve but all the cocktail sauce in the grocery store either had high fructose corn syrup or sugar.  Why???

I decided I would have to make my own if I wanted to stay keto and have my shrimp cocktail.

Make sure you buy horseradish without sugar – hard to find but it is out there.  Why in the world do I need sugar in horseradish??

I like my cocktail sauce to be very spicy – adjust the ingredients to your spice level.

Here is my recipe – it is so delicious!
