We were going on a road trip so I decided to try making some Keto Egg Bites.
These egg bites are dairy free and nut free so very low carb.
They were so good!

Keto Egg Bites
These Keto Egg Bites are dairy free and nut free. They are a great pre-made breakfast. They are so good!

Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 6 oz pancetta or ham
- salt
- pepper
- oregan
Instructions
- In a 12 cup muffin pan, distribute the pancetta or ham evenly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the eggs and spices until totally blended
- Evenly distribute the egg mixture in the muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and enjoy
- Can be refrigerated and used for an easy pre-made breakfast or snack.
Notes
You can use any meat such as ham or bacon.
You can add veggies if you wish.
If you are not dairy free you can add some cheese
