American Chop Suey
I love having pre-made egg white noodles (EggLife) so I am trying to find different ways to use them.
I used to love American Chop Suey (American Goulash) so I decided to make a keto version.
When researching recipes, I found out it is called American Chop Suey in New England but American Goulash in other areas of the United States.
This was so good I will be making it often.

Keto American Chop Suey or American Goulash
This Keto American Chop Suey or Keto American Goulash is made with egg white noodles so very low in carbs. It is sooooo good!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 oz chopped green pepper
- 3 oz chopped onion
- 24 oz tomato sauce
- 9 oz egg white noodles
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, brown the ground beef - you can drain or not.
- Remove the ground beef from the pan and saute the onion and pepper.
- In a medium sauce pan, add a small amount of boiling water to the egg noodles to soften.
- Add all other ingredients to the sauce pan and heat up.
- Once heated, serve and enjoy!
