Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 3 oz chopped green pepper
  • 3 oz chopped onion
  • 24 oz tomato sauce
  • 9 oz egg white noodles
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano

Instructions

  • In a medium sauce pan, brown the ground beef - you can drain or not.
  • Remove the ground beef from the pan and saute the onion and pepper.
  • In a medium sauce pan, add a small amount of boiling water to the egg noodles to soften.
  • Add all other ingredients to the sauce pan and heat up.
  • Once heated, serve and enjoy!
