Cranberry Jalapeno Chicken Meatballs

Another one of Trader Joe’s product ketofied.

I loved the thought of cranberries and jalapenos in chicken meatballs, but the Trader Joe’s product had a lot of sugar.  I used my own Dried Cranberries   which makes this sugar free.

I eat them plain for lunch, but you could put them in a sauce or broth.
