Marinated Artichoke, Olive, and Cheese
This Marinated Artichoke, Olive, and Cheese is a great appetizer for any occasion.
I made this with feta cheese, but it can be made with any cheese you like. It would be good with provolone or mozzarella balls too!
It is clean keto and amazing!

Marinated Artichoke, Olive, and Cheese Keto Appetizer
This Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Olives, and Cheese appetizer is clean keto and amazingly good!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
- 1 cup cubed feta cheese
- 1/2 cup olives kalamata, green, black
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 TBS red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Toss until all the ingredients are well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

You can use any cheese you like - I chose feta. Other cheeses that would be good are provolone and mozzarella balls.
I like more olive oil than vinegar, but you can adjust to your taste.
You can use any olives you like - kalamata, green, or black.
