Pistachio Ice Cream
This Pistachio Ice Cream is dairy free and clean keto. It is delish!

Ingredients
- 15 oz coconut cream 1 can
- 50 grams xylitol or allulose
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tsp pistachio extract
- liquid stevia
- 60 grams pistachio
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except the pistachios in a blender and blend well
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and process until done.
- Chop the pistachios while the ice cream is being made
- When the ice cream is done, add the pistachios to the mixture and process until all the nuts are incorporated
- Store in container in the freezer
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you have dogs, DO NOT use xylitol - use allulose instead.
The amount of pistachio extract will be determined by the brand - some brands are very concentrated and need only 1/4 tsp.
