Pistachio Ice Cream
This Pistachio Ice Cream is dairy free and clean keto. It is delish!

- 15 oz coconut cream 1 can
- 50 grams xylitol or allulose
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tsp pistachio extract
- liquid stevia
- 60 grams pistachio
Put all ingredients except the pistachios in a blender and blend well
Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and process until done.
Chop the pistachios while the ice cream is being made
When the ice cream is done, add the pistachios to the mixture and process until all the nuts are incorporated
Store in container in the freezer

If you have dogs, DO NOT use xylitol - use allulose instead.
The amount of pistachio extract will be determined by the brand - some brands are very concentrated and need only 1/4 tsp.
