Unsubstanciated Fear: Protein and Blood Sugar Level

The misinformation and myths around dietary protein required for optimal health are everywhere. One claim meant to scare those on a ketogenic from having what they consider is too much protein, says that it will 'spike your blood glucose levels. Oh really!

Such a claim is now relatively easy to put to bed merely by letting people decide for themselves by wearing a CGM (continual glucose monitor) for a couple of weeks or tracking it via a glucometer.
