Liver Jerky

I absolutely hate liver.

I do make liver and liver pate for Karl, but I cannot eat it.

I have found a way to EAT LIVER!!!!

I make liver jerky and I can eat it!

I have an Excaliber dehydrator that I bought when we were doing Raw Vegan – that didn’t last long at all!

If you do not have a dehydrator, you can use your oven.

I buy liver that is already sliced thin and I then slice that into strips.

I coat with my  Sugar Free Rib Rub

After coating the liver strips, put in dehydrator at 165 F for 4 hours.

Place in zip lock back and store in the refrigerator
