Cilantro Chimichurri
I have a TON of cilantro growing in my garden and I needed something to make with it all.
I decided to try Cilantro Chimichurri – I have never had it before, but it was so good!
The cilantro grows well in the spring and the fall here in Eastern NC but dies back in the hot summer.
I will enjoy this while I can!

Cilantro Chimichurri
This Cilantro Chimichurri is clean keto and very tasty. It has a slight zing to it! Made with fresh cilantro and lemon juice! Great on burgers, chicken, and just about everything!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 TBS lime juice or lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small food processor or blender and blend well.
- That is it - easy peasy!
- Use as topping for burgers, chicken, or just about anything!
