Cilantro Chimichurri

This Cilantro Chimichurri is clean keto and very tasty. It has a slight zing to it! Made with fresh cilantro and lemon juice! Great on burgers, chicken, and just about everything!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 TBS lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small food processor or blender and blend well.
  • That is it - easy peasy!
  • Use as topping for burgers, chicken, or just about anything!
