I love goat cheese and blueberries. The blueberry covered goat cheese you can buy at the store has a lot of sugar so I decided to make my sugar free version.
It is so good – we had it on burgers.

- liquid stevia
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese and the liquid from the thawed blueberries
- Mix well
- Add the thawed blueberries and gently combine
- Add stevia to taste
- Tastes great on burgers, pork rinds, and celery
