Ingredients
- 227 grams pistachios
- 227 grams keto chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips,
- Add the pistachios to the melted chocolate.
- Spoon into small muffin tins.
- Refrigerate to harden.
- Enjoy!
Notes
I used dark chocolate chips, but you can use semi-sweet or milk chocolate if you prefer.
You can melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.
