Keto Popcorn

This is a great treat for PSMF days or any day.

It is ‘cheesy’ yet has no cheese.

It is a snack like popcorn, but has no popcorn.

It is made from egg whites for the crunch, and gets the cheesy flavor from nutritional yeast.

Great for movie night!

This recipe is a keeper. It was so easy and delicious. The nutritional Yeast is something I have been using on my popcorn even before I went keto, what a great idea to mix it into the egg whites. I cant wait to experiment with other flavor combinations, maybe use cheese powder or herb mixes. Thank you so much for sharing such a great recipe with us.

Has anyone tried this recipe using a tad bit of corn extract? I have some Amoretti corn extract, and I think I will try maybe 1/4 tsp.

I have thought about doing this – I don’t have any corn extract but I think I might need to buy some
