I love my sweet protein sparing egg white breads and I have tried several flavors.

Banana Protein Sparing Bread

This Banana Protein Sparing Bread is amazing and perfect for Precision PSMF days or any day!

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 27 grams egg white powder
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp banana extract
  • vanilla stevia

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the egg whites, egg white powder, and the gelatin
  • Whip the egg whites to a stiff peak, can take up to 6 minutes
  • Just before the egg whites are at a stiff peak, add the cinnamon and banana extract and continue beating
  • Pour into loaf pan and bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
  • Turn off oven and let the loaf cool for at least 1 hour even better over night
  • Once completely cooled, remove from oven and place loaf in zip lock plastic bag and refrigerate until use.
  • Enjoy!
