This Slow Cooker PSMF Chicken Breast is so moist and easy to make. Great for those Precision PSMF days!

Ingredients

  • 4 3 lbs chicken skinless, boneless chicken breast weight is a guess
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the spices.
  • Cut off any visible fat on the chicken breasts.
  • Coat the chicken breast in the spice mix.
  • Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Plate the chicken breast and pour some juice over it.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can cut the chicken breasts into cubes but the cooking time will be less.
Make sure you calculate your protein requirements - 1 whole chicken breast may be too much protein for your requirements.
