This Slow Cooker PSMF Chicken Breast is so moist and easy to make. Great for those Precision PSMF days!

Ingredients
- 4 3 lbs chicken skinless, boneless chicken breast weight is a guess
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the spices.
- Cut off any visible fat on the chicken breasts.
- Coat the chicken breast in the spice mix.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
- Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
- Plate the chicken breast and pour some juice over it.
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can cut the chicken breasts into cubes but the cooking time will be less.
Make sure you calculate your protein requirements - 1 whole chicken breast may be too much protein for your requirements.
