Ingredients
43 lbschicken skinless, boneless chicken breastweight is a guess
1tsptarragon
1tspcumin
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tsppaprika
1tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
1/2cupchicken broth
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the spices.
Cut off any visible fat on the chicken breasts.
Coat the chicken breast in the spice mix.
Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours.
Plate the chicken breast and pour some juice over it.

Notes
You can cut the chicken breasts into cubes but the cooking time will be less.Make sure you calculate your protein requirements - 1 whole chicken breast may be too much protein for your requirements.
