Chocolate Egg Yolk Waffles
I love Egg Yolk Waffles – I usually have a LOT of egg yolks left over from making both Garlic Bread and Cinnamon Bread
I decided to make some Chocolate Egg Yolk Waffles – I like chocolate!
I don’t like really sweet things, so I added enough stevia glycerite to satisfy my sweetness level.
I also didn’t want to add a lot of carbs, so I used minimal cocoa powder but added chocolate extract.
They are really good – especially with some Sunflower Butter on them
You need to try them!
