Baked Chicken Breast
This baked chicken breast is nice and moist. It is great for Precision PSMF days.

Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- spices
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a zip lock plastic bag and marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- If baking, put all ingredients - chicken breast and marinade - in a baking dish.
- Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake until the internal temperature is 165F,
- Do not over cook or it will be dry.
- If grilling, cook until internal temperature is 165F
Notes
When serving the baked chicken breast, pour the liquid marinade over for added flavor.
If grilling, either the Mustard BBQ sauce, or Vinegar Based BBQ sauce can be used.
Spices to use in the marinade: oregano, cumin, cayenne, taco seasoning, or fajita season
