‘Cheesy’ Dairy Free Keto Muffins
I made some muffins with left over Egg White Pizza Crust and I thought I could make Cheesy Muffins with this as well.
Since we are dairy free, I made my ‘Cheesy’ Muffins with nutritional yeast.
If you are not dairy free, you could use shredded cheese.
'Cheezy' Dairy Free Keto Muffins
Great tasting dairy free cheesy muffins which are very low carb and clean keto.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 27 grams egg white powder
- 40 grams nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp gelatin
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except the egg yolks
- Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form
- Fold in the egg yolks until completely incorporated
- Put mixture into silicone muffin tins
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
- Cool and remove from muffin tins
