Slow Cooker Keto Indian Chicken Curry
This is just the right combination of spices, coconut milk and chicken to make this perfect!

Ingredients
For the Chicken

Instructions
In small bowl, the spices
Coat the chicken pieces and place in the slow cooker.
Add the onion and garlic to the slow cooker
In a mixing cup, mix the chicken broth and tomato paste - mix well,
Add the chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours and on low for 4-6 hours depending on your slow cooker.
Test chicken with an instant read thermometer.
Stir in the coconut milk and cook on low for 1/2 hour.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can use either chicken breast or legs or a combination of the 2.
