Improved Carnivore Chicken Bread
This new improved version of the Carnivore Chicken Bread is amazing. It is not as dense as the original version. Makes great grilled cheese sandwiches too!

Ingredients

lb
ground chicken
2
tsp
gelatin
1/2
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
2
TBS
egg white powder
1/2
tsp
salt

eggs separated
Instructions
In a skillet, cook the chicken and drain when cooked
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, egg yolks, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
With an immersion blender, blend the chicken mixture until smooth
In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, egg white powder, and gelatin
With a hand mixer (or stand mixer) whip the egg whites to a stiff peak
Add the chicken mixture to the whipped egg whites and fold in until it is all mixed
Line a bread pan with parchment paper
Pour the batter into the lined bread pan
Cook the loaf in 350 F for 35-40 minutes
Remove from oven to cool
Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Optional additions are: pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, other spices - add at 1 tsp
