Pork Rind Nachos
Delicious clean keto nachos with pork rinds

- 3 ounces pork rinds
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces grated cheese I used colby/monterey jack
Place pork rinds on baking dish such as a pizza pan
Put half of the grated cheese on the pork rinds
Brown the ground beef and add Sugar Free Taco Seasoning - see link in notes section
Top with remaining grated cheese
Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes - or until the cheese has melted
Top with Guacamole (see below link), Salsa (link below), and sour cream
