Keto Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Breast Dinner

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast - skinless and cubed
- 20 grams sun dried tomato
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 TBS olive oil
Instructions
- Cube the chicken breast into bite sized pieces.
- Combine all the spices in a small bowl.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the spices.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Saute the chicken cubes in the olive oil until cooked.
- Add the sun dried tomatoes and stir for a few minutes to warm the tomatoes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
You can use sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil or just plain.
