Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Mug Cake

This easy no bake Pumpkin Cheesecake mug cake is perfect for when you want cheesecake but don't want to make a whole cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 60 grams cream cheese 2 oz
  • 1 1/2 TBS powdered sweetener
  • 60 grams heavy cream 2 oz
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 TBS pumpkin

Instructions

  • Place COLD cream cheese, sweetener, and heavy cream in a bowl
  • Whip until light and creamy
  • Add pumpkin and pumpkin spice and continue to whip until all incorporated
  • Spoon into serving dishes
  • Serve immediately or place in refrigerator for a few hours
  • Enjoy!
