Keto Peanut Butter Ganache
This Peanut Butter Ganache is amazing. It is great combines with chocolate for a perfect keto treat!
Servings: 20
Ingredients
- 175 grams white chocolate - keto approved
- 125 grams creamy peanut butter (sugar free)
- 160 grams coconut cream or heavy cream
Instructions
- Chop the white chocolate into small pieces
- Combine the white chocolate pieces and peanut butter in a medium sized bowl
- Put the coconut cream in a small sauce pan and heat until it starts to bubble. Make sure the coconut cream is hot but not boiling (especially if using heavy cream)
- Pour the cream over the peanut butter and white chocolate pieces
- Let sit for 3-5 minutes so the chocolate will melt
- Stir the mixture until smooth - if it is not smooth, you can use an immersion blender to make it smooth.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
- Use as frosting for cupcakes or cake once cooled
Notes
There is no nutritional information because my calculator only had peanut butter and white chocolate with sugar so the values would have been off.
