Maraschino Cherry Cream Cheese
It was a tradition in my family to have celery stuffed with a cream cheese, maraschino cherry, and walnut spread. We had this every Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I was not able to make this since maraschino cherries are full of sugar.
UNTIL… I decided to make my Keto Maraschino Cherries
I was so excited to make this for Thanksgiving and I will make it again for Christmas – love being able to keep my family traditions and still stay keto.

Keto Maraschino Cherry Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 18 grams chopped walnuts
- 6 keto maraschino cherries
- 2 TBS cherry juice
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combined the softened cream cheese with 2 TBS of the keto maraschino cherry juice.
- Combine well.
- Chop the 6 keto maraschino cherries and mix into the cream cheese mixture
- Add the chopped walnuts and combine
- Fill celery with the cherry cream cheese mixture
- Enjoy!
Notes
The nutritional values may be off since I could not use the keto Maraschino Cherries as an ingredient
