Keto Italian Cannoli Dip

I absolutely LOVE cannolis.  I would have a cannoli every year for my birthday!

I don’t like chocolate with my cannolis, but you could add chocolate chips if you like.

I prefer to top with pistacchios.

Keto Italian Cannoli dip

This clean keto cannoli dip is absolutely amazing! It will satisfy any cannoli craving you may have

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Ricotta
  • 8 oz marscapone
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 35 grams powdered xylitol or sweetener of your choice

Instructions

  • Add ricotta and marscapone to a mixing bowl and beat with hand mixer until combined
  • Add vanilla and sweetener and beat until light and fluffy.
  • Top with chopped pistachio or chocolate chips
  • Dip into it with keto dippers - listed in notes
  • Enjoy!
