Keto Corn Bread
Great Keto Corn Bread that is made with no corn, nuts, or flours! Can be used for corn bread stuffing, with Super Bowl Chili, or just with butter!

Ingredients
- 93 grams pork rind flour about 1 1/4 cups
- 2 TBS egg white powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp gelatin or xantham gum
- 8 drops liquid stevia
- 1/2 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp coconut milk or any milk
- 1 tsp corn extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a medium bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix well
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
- Taste for sweetness and corn taste
- Place dough in an 8" silicone cake pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden braown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
- Cool for 20 minutes
- Enjoy with some butter!
