Quick and Easy Keto Chocolate Mousse

This Keto Chocolate Mousse has such an intense flavor!
It is so easy to make - it whips up in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1-2 TBS cocoa powder
  • 1 TBS powdered sweetener or liquid sweetener to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar, vanilla, and salt using a hand mixer. Make sure the bowl and heavy cream are cold.
  • Once the cream has whipped, add the cocoa powder and either mix by hand or with hand mixer until the cocoa powder if fully incorporated.
  • Spoon into serving bowls and enjoy!

Notes

The amount of cocoa powder will depend on the brand you use.
You will need less if you use a very dark, intense cocoa powder.
