Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1-2 TBS cocoa powder
- 1 TBS powdered sweetener or liquid sweetener to taste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar, vanilla, and salt using a hand mixer. Make sure the bowl and heavy cream are cold.
- Once the cream has whipped, add the cocoa powder and either mix by hand or with hand mixer until the cocoa powder if fully incorporated.
- Spoon into serving bowls and enjoy!
Notes
The amount of cocoa powder will depend on the brand you use.
You will need less if you use a very dark, intense cocoa powder.
