Keto Chex Mix
Making Chex Mix was a tradition in our family every Christmas.
I was excited to make this Keto ‘Chex Mix’.
I also make this without nuts to minimize the carbs – so you can add nuts or not.
I have an electric smoker, so I smoke mine using pecan wood.
You can also change the kinds and amounts of nuts you use.
Possible additions would be cheese wisps or seeds instead of nuts.
Enjoy!

Thank you for this recipe. I have it printing right now. My Mom always had pretzels in ours. I wonder what other crunchy thing could go in it like pretzels? I am drawing a blank. I love the pottery bowls you used. They look like they were raku fired. Thanks again for the recipe. I bought a big container of pork rinds today. I must have known there was a new recipe in my future.
My mother also used pretzels – I do not have a keto alternative
Love this recipe! I omitted the peanuts and added coconut chunks, spicy pepitas, Hu crackers and Catalina Crunch maple cereal. Dont miss the pretzels one bit!
Made this with Parmesan whisps and omitted the nuts, absolutely delicious! Loved it and pre-portioned it so it’s ready for logging in mfp and ready to eat! Thank you
Good for you for portioning it out – otherwise it could be easy to over eat.
