Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

I love crispy chicken wings but don’t like to order them out.

I always ask if they are plain wings with nothing added like flour but I have yet to order any that actually were just plain.

These baked chicken wings are crispy and so easy to make!

They are great for Super Bowl parties, football parties, New Year’s Eve celebrations, or just any gathering.

Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

These clean keto / carnivore chicken wings are crispy and delish! Great for any gathering such as Super Bowl, football games, and New Year's Eve celebrations.

Ingredients

  • chicken wings
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Thaw frozen chicken wings if frozen
  • Pat wings dry
  • Line a baking sheet with foil for easy clean up
  • Place rack in baking dish and spray with oil
  • Bake wings in 400 F oven for 50 minutes
  • Remove from oven and enjoy!

Notes

Can be made with thawed frozen wings or fresh wings.
Can be made with a few wings for a single portion, or large for a crowd.
