Crab Cakes
I love seafood – crab and salmon!
I have a recipe for a clean keto crab cake that uses no fillers.
It is dairy free, nut free, and gluten free.
Great served with either ginger mayo or dill mayo
Ginger mayo is mayo with a small amount of prepared mustard and ground ginger.
Dill mayo is mayo and dried dill – would be great with fresh dill as well.
Mix the mayo and refrigerate for an hour or more so the flavors blend in.
Enjoy!

Excellent. Didn’t mis any grain fillers.
Hi Judy, looks like another wonderful creation! I know you guys said you’re spoiled with the crab you get from family, but I’m wondering if you have any brands that you would recommend since you’ve been around it your whole life. Thank you!
Unfortunately, after moving the NC, I no longer get seafood from my New England family.
I don’t have any special brand of crab that I buy – I did use canned crab for the video.
Good morning. The cakes looks yummy. But just wondering about the calorie count- 639kcal each. Is that correct? If so what kind of crab eat did you use?
Good catch – I recalculated the nutritional values and it comes out to 130 calories.
