This Chocolate Pumpkin Fudge is creamy and clean keto.

Ingredients
- 86 grams dark chocolate keto chocolate chips
- 27 grams coconut oil
- 120 grams pumpkin puree
- 98 grams almond butter
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- pinch salt
- few drops of liquid stevia
Instructions
- Melt chocolate, coconut oil, and almond butter in small saucepan
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour mixture in an 8x4 parchment paper lined baking dish or loaf pan
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour
- Cut into 18 pieces
- Enjoy!
Notes
Keto approved chocolate chips can be used instead of dark chocolate - if using chocolate chips, the sweetener can be eliminated.
The dark chocolate was very intense - semi sweet chocolate can be used.
