Carnivore Egg Pizza Crust
Great Low Carb Carnivore or Keto Pizza Crust – Dairy Free Too!
The crust is great – makes 4 7 inch or 2 10 inch pizzas.
Can also be spread on parchment lined baking sheet for a rectangular crust.
There are so many uses for this.
Here is a picture of non carnivore pizzas I made – one with tomato sauce and one with pesto.
Dairy Free Carnivore Pizza Crust
This Dairy Free Carnivore / Keto Pizza Crust is very low in carbs. It is made with whole egg and tastes just like regular pizza crust. It freezes well so it can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs separated
- 27 grams egg white powder
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add egg whites, egg white powder, gelatin, and spices.
- With a hand mixer, whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg yolks into the egg white mixture until completely combined
- Grease 2 10" pizza pans very well
- Divide the egg mixture and spread out thinly on the pizza pans
- Bake in a 400 F oven for 10 minutes
- Remove from the oven and flip the crust over.
- Add toppings if you are making the pizza now.
- If you are just making the crust, return to oven after flipping and cook for 5 minutes.
- If you added toppings, return to oven and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
