Carnivore Chili
I love chili – especially for Superbowl Sunday.
I have a great chili recipe but it is pretty high carb because of the tomato sauce.
Here is a Carnivore Chili with all meat and no tomato sauce so it is very low carb.
Carnivore Chili
Great very low carb chili that is carnivore and clean keto. Great for Super Bowl Sunday!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 lb stew beef
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/8 cup cumin
- 1 TBS salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder more or less to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on low for 4 hours
- Serve plain or with cheese.
Notes
For ketovore or keto, you can use 1/4 cup chopped onion.
For non-carnivore you can serve with riced cauliflower.
