This amazing Butter Pecan Ice Cream is creamy and delish! It is clean keto made with coconut cream.

Ingredients
- 13 grams butter
- 60 grams pecans
- 55 grams butter softened 4 TBS
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 50 grams xylitol
- 1 can coconut cream
- 6 egg yolks
Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt the butter and saute the pecans until the butter starts to turn brown.
- Let the pecans cool then chop
- In a blender, add the remaining ingredients (minus the pecans) and blend well
- Add mixture to ice cream maker and process according to your unit.
- When the ice cream is nearly done, add the pecans and mix well
- Scoop ice cream into container to freeze
- Enjoy!
