Broccoli Salad

Someone brought a broccoli salad to our knitting group and I loved it.

Of course I had to make a clean keto version.

I do not have specific amounts because you just add ingredients to your liking.  You may like more nuts, seed, or cranberries.

Keto Broccoli Salad

This clean Keto Broccoli Salad is so good, everyone will love it. It is a great side dish to bring to any party.

Ingredients

  • 1 package broccoli crowns
  • dried cranberries
  • julienne carrot
  • sunflower seeds or nuts
  • 1/4 cup goat yogurt or to taste or greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo or to taste
  • splash apple cider vinegar to taste or lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • liquid stevia is optional

Instructions

  • Chop the broccoli crowns into small pieces
  • Add the julienne carrots
  • Add all ingredients and mix well - taste for the right amount of mayo, yogurt, sunflower seeds, and cranberries.
  • Let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours - enjoy!

Notes

I do not have specific amounts because everyone's taste is different. 
You might like more mayo or yougurt - I like it just lightly coated.
I also like a lot of cranberies
