Ingredients

  • 86 grams dark chocolate keto chocolate chips
  • 27 grams coconut oil
  • 120 grams pumpkin puree
  • 98 grams almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch salt
  • few drops of liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate, coconut oil, and almond butter in small saucepan
  • Add in remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Pour mixture in an 8x4 parchment paper lined baking dish or loaf pan
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  • Cut into 18 pieces
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Keto approved chocolate chips can be used instead of dark chocolate - if using chocolate chips, the sweetener can be eliminated.
The dark chocolate was very intense - semi sweet chocolate can be used.
