It can be canned for presents but it didn’t last long in our house.

It is great with chicken, turkey, pork, and even on burgers.

Keto Spiced Christmas Jam

Keto Spiced Christmas Jam with Cranberries and Strawberries - it's amazing. It is just the right balance of sweet and tart and It is great with chicken, turkey, pork, and even on burgers.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 lb fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 TBS gelatin
  • 2 cups sweetener 1-2 cups depending on your sweetness. Liquid stevia
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cloves

Instructions

  • Thaw the strawberries and cranberries over night.
  • Place thawed berries in a blender and puree.
  • Place berry mixture in a saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Bring to boil and boil for at least 1 minute - longer for thicker jam
  • Remove from heat and pour into a bowl to cool.
  • Can be used warm or cold.

Notes

For a little heat, add a jalapeno or cayenne.
 
This can be canned in pint jars - water bath for 10 minutes
