Cheesy Pickle Chips
I saw Cheese Pickle Chips on my FB feed and thought they would make a great keto snack.
I decided to try making them and I loved them.
I used sliced cheese but you could use grated cheese.
They are so easy to make and a delicious snack!
Cheesy Baked Pickle Chips
These Cheesy Baked Pickle Chips are delicious and a great keto snack!A great combination of cheese and pickles and so easy to make!
Ingredients
- sliced dill pickles
- sliced cheese or grated
Instructions
- Place pickle chips on a paper towel.
- Cover the pickle chips with another paper towel and pat dry
- Cut cheese slices into 4-6 pieces depending on the size of the sliced cheese
- Place cheese pieces on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Place a pickle chip on each piece of cheese.
- Top pickle with another piece of cheese.
- Place in a 375 F oven for 10 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
- Let cool completely then enjoy!
Notes
You can also make these in a muffin tin.
You can sub sliced cheese with grated cheese.
