This creamy keto Zabaglione is amazing!

Keto Italian Zabaglione

This easy dessert is not only clean keto but carnivore as well. There are only 2 ingredients and so easy to make. Great way to use egg yolks!

Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 TBS xylitol any granular or liquid keto sweetener
  • 1 TBS dry marsala wine optional

Instructions

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sweetener until light and fluffy
  • Over a double boiler, heat the egg mixture - whisking constantly until the temperature reaches 135 F
  • If you are adding marsala wine, add at this time.
  • Pour into 2 or more glasses
  • Top with berries if you like

Notes

The Marsala Wine is optional - if you are going to use it, buy dry marsala wine not sweet.
Instead of whisking, you can use a hand held mixer on low speed.
