Keto Italian Zabaglione
This easy dessert is not only clean keto but carnivore as well. There are only 2 ingredients and so easy to make. Great way to use egg yolks!

Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 TBS xylitol any granular or liquid keto sweetener
- 1 TBS dry marsala wine optional
Instructions
- Whisk the egg yolks and sweetener until light and fluffy
- Over a double boiler, heat the egg mixture - whisking constantly until the temperature reaches 135 F
- If you are adding marsala wine, add at this time.
- Pour into 2 or more glasses
- Top with berries if you like
Notes
The Marsala Wine is optional - if you are going to use it, buy dry marsala wine not sweet.
Instead of whisking, you can use a hand held mixer on low speed.
