Keto Vinegar BBQ Sauce
This is an Eastern North Carolina vinegar based BBQ sauce.
I buy this all the time and decided to try and make it myself.
It is great for PSMF days as well!
You can add sweetener or not – I like it without sweetener.
The red pepper flakes can be adjusted to your taste for spicy hot.
Keto PSMF Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce
This Carolina vinegar based BBQ sauce is tangy. It is great for PSMF days too! You can adjust the heat and sweetness by adding or subtracting the sweetener and red pepper flakes. Perfect for everyone!

Ingredients
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients
- Alternatively, place all ingredients in a jar and shake to mix.
- refrigerate until use
